Montclair Academy of Dance and Laboratory of Drum and Drama is a 501-C3, charitable not-for-profit organization, Co-founded by Maya Milenovic Workman, Reggie Workman, and Lisa Mozer in 1998.
We encourage the creative development of each student through dance, drama and drumming, spoken word, moving theater, physical theater, playwriting, and short films. Everyone has a talent! There’s not a single gesture, thought, and rhythm that doesn’t ‘sing’ in a creative process. We strive for a creative and developmentally appropriate, rewarding, and joyful process with an emphasis on artistic literacy, creative and critical thinking, and leadership. Work at MaDLOM, surpasses the intellectual illusion of what art has been or might be.
Our classes are 15 weeks long per semester.
